Hey, I’m Nick. Welcome to SpyceGainz.

I didn’t stumble into content creation — I came back to it on purpose.

I played Division I football. I’ve stood on sidelines as a coach. I know what it takes to compete at a high level, to push through failure, and to show up when it’s not easy. That’s the world I come from. And that’s the world that built Smile & Grow.

What is Smile & Grow?

It started as a phrase I’d say to myself. Event + Response = Outcome is the framework, but Smile & Grow is the daily practice — even when the outcome isn’t what you planned, you choose your response. You stay positive, you stay in the work, and you grow through it.

Gaming is where I live online. Twitch is home. But my content has always been about more than the game on screen. It’s about how you handle the grind — in the game, in the gym, in life.

What I create

I stream live on Twitch. I make videos on YouTube. I talk fitness, mindset, and creator life. And I’m launching the Smile & Grow Podcast — real conversations about the grind, no fluff.

Why come back?

Because there was a void. I tried to ignore it, but I couldn’t. This community — the GainzFAM — is real. Building something alongside people who are also trying to level up? That’s the whole point.
